Pumpkin Carving

Every year, come Halloween night, Jay and I are in a mad rush to carve pumpkins with the kids.  So in between rushing home from work (Jay), getting dinner, costumes on and bundled up....we are carving and cooking pumpkin seeds. 

Every. Single. Year.

UNTIL THIS YEAR!

I wish I could say that we finally got our acts together on our own.  The truth is a two year old forced us to be prepared this year. 

Not even our own two year old....it was Elliott!  Uncle Dana and Elliott convinced us to carve pumpkins last weekend.  We had so much fun.

 Think of all the time we'll have come Monday night!!
